For technical cooperation and exchanges to support China with Asian and African countries, according to scientific and technological cooperation between China and African countries signed the relevant agreements between governments and departments cooperation agreement, is collecting government in 2015 China and some Asian and African countries intergovernmental joint research projects, industrial technology research and development cooperation projects and government communication project. The main cooperation with Israel, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, South Africa, Turkey, Thailand and other countries, please refer to Appendix 1 key areas of cooperation.
